QUICHE LORRAINE

8 SLICES OF BACON, COOKED, DRAINED, AND CRUMBLED
4 EGGS
1 ½ CUPS OF MILK
½ TEASPOON OF SALT
A DASH OF CAYENNE PEPPER
8 OUNCES OF SWISS CHEESE
2 TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR
1 PIE SHELL


1. COMBINE THE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS AND POUR THEM INTO THE PIE SHELL
2. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES
3. LET STAND FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING
