2 POUNDS OF GROUND BEEF
1 POUND OF CANNED TOMATOES
15 OUNCES OF TOMATO SAUCE
½ CUP OF KETCHUP
1 TABLESPOON OF CHILI POWDER
2 TEASPOONS OF SALT
¼ TEASPOON OF PEPPER
2 (15 OUNCE) CANS OF KIDNEY BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED
1. BROWN THE ONION, PEPPER, AND BEEF AND THEN DRAIN
2. ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS
3. BRING TO A BOIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT
4. SIMMER FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES
