MEATLOAF AND VEGETABLES

1 PACKAGE OF DRY ONION SOUP MIX
2 POUNDS OF GROUND BEEF
1 EGG, BEATEN
¼ CUP OF BREAD CRUMBS
¼ CUP OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
8 POTATOES, PEELED AND QUARTERED
8 CARROTS, PEELED AND SLICED
1 ONION, SLICED


1. MIX THE SOUP MIX, GROUND BEEF, EGG, BREAD CRUMBS AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE TOGETHER

2. SHAPE INTO A LOAF AND PLACE IN A CASSEROLE DISH

3. PLACE THE POTATOES AND CARROTS AROUND THE MEAT

4. PLACE THE ONIONS ON TOP OF THE MEAT

5. COVER AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES

6. UNCOVER AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES
